Product Warning

The customer should first consult with the appropriate qualified personnel of their choosing, to insure the base/foundation will support the mass. This should be done prior to the installation of the media in the barrier/structure/wall/barricade. Any damage or loss which includes, but it is not limited to, base/foundation shift, compaction, cracking, leaning, falling, rupture, or any other damage is the customer’s responsibility with no claim against Perimeter Security Products.

Warranty

All products are protected by our exclusive 12-month limited warranty. Perimeter Security Products warrants to the original purchaser that its products, which prove to be defective in material or workmanship, will be repaired or replaced at Perimeter Security Products, free of charge, F.O.B. plant, USA.

Payment Terms

(Commercial Customers only)

For a new customer or returning customer without good credit, the terms are 50% down with purchase order and balance due upon shipping of the order.

For returning customers with good credit, terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.

For invoices that are out of payment terms, the unpaid balance shall result in a late fee of $100 or 1% of balance, whichever is greater plus interest at a monthly rate of 1.5%.

All payments received after 30 days shall be applied first to the interest and then to the balance.
